- My chair arrived with a damaged part/scratch, should I return it? Please do not return large furniture immediately. International return shipping is expensive and difficult. Instead, verify the damage, take photos of the defect and the box, and email them to support@taniax.shop. We can often send a replacement part (e.g., a new leg or cushion) or offer a partial refund, which is much faster for you.
- Is assembly required? Yes, most of our lounge chairs require minimal assembly to ensure they fit safely in shipping boxes. Tools and instructions are included. If you are stuck, email us for a digital guide!
- What currency is the store in? All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Your bank will automatically convert the total to Singapore Dollars (SGD) at the current exchange rate when you checkout.
- How long does shipping to Singapore take? Since we ship large items internationally from the USA, delivery typically takes 7 to 13 business days. Large furniture may sometimes require an extra 1-2 days for customs clearance compared to small parcels.
